Just a note to say thanks for my recent trip to Mazatlan/Sinaloa. Roberto was a fantastic guide - I was there for 6 days, and there were only a couple of sessions the entire time when there were more than two people in the water! On Wednesday morning we had a reeling 6 foot left all to ourselves! The surf was great - even on the small days there was something to ride - and when the swell came up Roberto knew exactly were to be. Roberto was great about finding out-of-the way places, clearly has a passion for surfing and for the area, and was a great host in every way. The house in Mazatlan was really comfortable, and Roberto's brother is one mean cook - it was awesome to come home from the morning session and find him firing up the grill for carne asada. Lastly, I thought I'd add that I've heard concerns about security, etc with respect to Mexico (and Sinaloa in particular) lately - and I would say I felt completely safe and secure the entire time. Roberto has the area wired, knows everyone, and the location of the house is super safe. Thanks again for everything.

Surfing is an experience and to deny you would be a sin in itself. The Baja Surf adventures provided me with an experience I will always remember. I look forward to booking another trip again and I hope to make this a tradition with friends. The accommodations and hospitality makes the stay enjoyable, peaceful and restful. The hammocks were my favorite evening spot. The knowledge of the guide and home cooked meals brings this to a level you cannot find in any other package. I am already planning my next adventure. I know it will be just as good.

A buddy and I went on our yearly surf trip mainland Mexico last year. We met up with Roberto and he showed us the beast time and the waves were epic. We've been surfing all over the world and Mazatlan is by far on the top of the list of places to return. We've even made it a point to go there every year since then.

We had a great time in Mazatlan with Roberto. I have nothing but god things to say. He is a very competent and good host. I've been back a few days but keep dreaming of the glassy head high lefts at Venono's. We will definately be booking another trip down there this time next year.
