With all the bad press on traveling to Mexico, we were a bit concerned about venturing back into Baja. After several discussions with Baja Bill, specifically around safety, we all felt that this was just a window of opportunity to catch some good empty surf. The trip down was easy and painless. We woke up to the tail end of a solid week of southern hemi swell. The waves cooperated for three days and Bill and his crew provided great service. The trip went perfectly smooth. We'll certainly be back and recommend that using a guide like Bill is your best bet for catching good empty waves and staying safe.
