Our Surfing accommodation in Southern Nicaragua is a nice, clean and cozy villa is located in a private gated community just 5 mins from San Juan del Sur Town. If you're a group of surfers, adventure travelers or a coupe that wants to chill in tropical paradise this is your spot.
The Villa has three rooms equipped with A/C and private bathrooms. The villa includes swimming pool, well equipped kitchen, spacious living area, dining, chill area with chairs and hammocks, it also has large parking. In the center the villa has a nice rancho, good for chilling or party, here is where we set hammocks and kick back chairs.

Meals Plan:
The cuisine at our Surf Camp is based on healthy, nutritious ingredients, prepared with a gourmet style.
We make every effort to use locally-grown fruits and vegetables.
Our guests never go hungry! Continental breakfast + 3 meals per day are included.
- Continental Breakfast: 5am-7am (Coffee + fruits +toast +cereal)
- Breakfast: 8am-11am. A hearty and tasty breakfast + fruit juices and excellent Nicaraguan coffee
- Lunch: 12noon-3pm. A selection of snacks, salads and dips.
- Dinner: 6pm-800pm. An ample selection of specialties of: seafood, chicken, meats, and vegetarian food.
