How To Book Your Trip

We're committed to providing our clients the very best service possible! In doing so, there's a fee associated with our trips to ensure we can do just that.

Please review all of the fees listed on this page and when you're ready to book your trip, please follow these instructions.

1. Fill out our on-line Information Request Form so we can help you plan your trip.

2. Download the Booking Form and call us at 1-800-HAV-SURF to reserve for Baja trips. For Mainland Mexico, El Salvador and Costa Rica trips email Baja.Bill@gmail.com to determine if your dates are available.

3. Once we have confirmed your dates over the phone, complete the booking form and fax it to our office @ 760-744-5921 and send a deposit totaling 50% of your total trip amount. You can make the reservation using Visa and MasterCard over the phone or send a check or money order to:

We'll hold your dates for 5 business days and if we have not received your deposit by that time, your dates will be released. Please send your deposit as soon as possible to avoid losing your dates.

When we have received your completed booking form and deposit, we'll call you to confirm the time and location to meet. We can pick you up at the San Diego airport, Mission Bay Visitor Center, Carmel Mountain Carpool Parking lot west side of freeway #5, or Bill’s home in Vista. We will also send you a notice of confirmation that will contain your reservation number, information about your trip and a list of items you may want to bring with you. We will inform you of every detail possible that will help you have the very best surf vacation.

DEPOSITS

50% of your total trip price (non-refundable) deposit per person per booking.

PAYMENTS

We accept cash, check, and money orders for all trips, however check clearance is required prior to release of trip approval.

Important notice regarding final payment: It is very important that you bring your final payment when you meet us for departure to the resort. Failure to do so could result in the trip being cancelled and your deposit being lost.

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations must be received in writing and you will automatically lose your deposit(s).

CONDITIONS

Baja Surf Adventures (BSA) shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, death, damage, loss, delay, cost, expense, inconvenience or loss of enjoyment suffered by any person or corporation caused directly or indirectly by or arising from:

• Force of nature or other events beyond BSA’s control, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of god, acts of government or any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment.
• Due to climatic conditions, that satisfactory surf is unavailable or that surf is of too great magnitude for a client to participate in such activities.
• The inability of BSA through circumstances beyond their control to comply with any special request relating to age, medical conditions, or physical disability of the client.
• The client failing to comply with any instructions, tour information or itinerary provided by BSA or failing to arrive in proper time for any transport or transfer.
• The client being intoxicated or effected by drugs at the relevant time.

Also:
BSA has the right to cancel any trip at any time based on it's sole discretion.

Any additional personal expenses incurred as a result of delay including delay from mechanical breakdown will be the responsibility of the passenger.
