How To Book Your Trip
We're committed to providing our clients the very best service possible! In doing so, there's a fee associated with our trips to ensure we can do just that.
Please review all of the fees listed on this page and when you're ready to book your trip, please follow these instructions.
When booking our Baja Mexico trips - Please be aware that you are required to present a passport or a valid drivers license AND a copy of your birth certificate when entering back into the US from Mexico. Contact Bill if you have questions.
1. Fill out our on-line Information Request Form so we can help you plan your trip.
2. Download the Booking Form and call us at 1-800-HAV-SURF to reserve for Baja trips. For Mainland Mexico, El Salvador and Costa Rica trips email Baja.Bill@gmail.com to determine if your dates are available.
3. Once we have confirmed your dates over the phone, complete the booking form and fax it to our office @ 760-744-5921 and send a deposit totaling 50% of your total trip amount. You can make the reservation using Visa and MasterCard over the phone or send a check or money order to:

We'll hold your dates for 5 business days and if we have not received your deposit by that time, your dates will be released. Please send your deposit as soon as possible to avoid losing your dates.
When we have received your completed booking form and deposit, we'll call you to confirm the time and location to meet. We can pick you up at the San Diego airport, Mission Bay Visitor Center, Carmel Mountain Carpool Parking lot west side of freeway #5, or Bill’s home in Vista. We will also send you a notice of confirmation that will contain your reservation number, information about your trip and a list of items you may want to bring with you. We will inform you of every detail possible that will help you have the very best surf vacation. |
